Andrews Center Wood County Texas Substance Services Programs. Andrews Center Utilizes Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselors (LCDC’s) and interns to provide Substance Use Treatment to include group, individual and family counseling. Services are offered to adolescents ages 13-17 and Adults in the region 4 area. We offer both supportive and intensive outpatient tracks for adults and intensive track for adolescents. We are also considered the OSAR which provides services through ETCADA. Services provided Group Education, Counseling Services, Family Education, Tele-video services, individualized person-centered recovery planning, individualized relapse, prevention planning, aftercare services and drug screenings for both programs.

The Beginning Treatment Center is an outpatient substance use disorder treatment facility for residents of Wood County TX that provides counseling, screening, assessment, and a treatment plan to adults who suffer from a chemical dependency. The initial criteria for admission include being a Texas resident and having at least a mild diagnosis for substance use disorder according to the DSM-V criteria. The program provides educational life skills and addiction recovery skills to prevent relapse, utilizing the evidence-based practice program, Living in Balance.
