The Alcohol and Drug Abuse Council of Deep East Texas’ goal is to provide a quality outpatient treatment program that focuses on the recovery and maintenance from abuse/addiction of mind altering chemicals. The Alcohol and Drug Awareness Council subscribes to the belief that abstinence from consumption of all mind-changing chemicals (including alcohol) is the only current practice that can lead to a successful treatment outcome.
